The following terms apply for the ‘Join now pay nothing until 1^st April’ offer

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. Offer is open to UK residents aged 18 and over at participating centres: North Solihull Sports Centre, Wythenshawe Forum, Shipston Leisure Centre, Studley Leisure Centre, The Greig Leisure Centre, Southam Leisure Centre, Stratford Leisure Centre, St Nicholas Park Leisure Centre, Newbold Comyn Leisure Centre, Bromsgrove Sport & Leisure Centre and Tudor Grange Leisure Centre.
2. The following terms apply for the ‘Join now pay nothing until April’ offer
3. Opens 24/02/2022 and closes for applications 21/03/2022
4. To be eligible for the offer customers MUST join and purchase our monthly direct debit membership (type may vary). In order to terminate their membership members must cancel in writing to the centre. This must be received by 20^th of the month in order for the DD payment to stop on the 1^st of the following month.
5. Not available to existing fitness members.
6. There is no joining fee during the promotional period, no pro rata and no last month up-front payment- first payment will be taken on 1^st April 2022.

8. All operational and booking privileges and regulations apply
9. All members who join and want to use the gym must complete a Health Commitment Statement and induction.
10. May not be used in conjunction with any other voucher offer, promotion or special offer. No cash alternative is offered.
11. In exceptional circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel this offer at any time.
12. This offer does not affect consumer’s statutory rights.
13. This offer is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.
